We are happy you enrolled in FSA, and we know sometimes life happens and you need to take a step back and cancel. We understand it, so we created this refund policy for you to utilize. Please follow the instructions below if you wish to apply for a refund.
How to cancel your subscription:
If you have an issue with our online certification programs or want to cancel for any other reason, you can initiate a refund only within 7 days of enrollment. However, you have to meet the following conditions to submit your refund request.
- You will be eligible for a refund only if have not completed more than 10% of any of our certifications.
- You did not download any of the presentations to your computer.
In order to submit your refund request, you need to write an email to [email protected] and make sure all of your details are included- Your full Name, registered email address, and the reason you want a refund.
If you are not satisfied with our learning programs and 7 days have passed, you can cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription by following the steps below and you will not be charged again.
Step 1: Log into your account using your credentials.
Step 2: Go to your personal subscriptions area by clicking on the “My Subscriptions” option.
Step 3: Go down and you will see the Cancel Subscription option. Click on the “Cancel Subscription” button to cancel the autorenewel.
